Yummmmm! Enjoy this bhapa doi, an all-time favourite, traditional Bengali sweet in minutes. Steamed Yogurt (भापा दोई) Prep time - 10 mins Cooking time - 40 mins Serves - 8 Ingredients Hung Curd (गाढ़ी दही) - 1 cup Condensed Milk (कंडेंस्ड मिल्क) - ½ cup Cardamom powder (ईलाइची पाउडर) - ¾ tsp Blueberries (ब्लू बेरीस) - handful Rose petals (गुलाब पंखुड़ियाँ) - handful Method 👇 - There are many ways to have dahi, but the sweetest way would be in the form of Bhapa Doi! So, for Bhapa Doi, mix some hung curd, condensed milk and cardamom powder well. - Now in a cake tin, cupcake mould, or even a small bowl, pour the sweetened curd and place that into a steamer for 15 to 20 minutes, Now let it cool down and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. - After 2 hours, demold it and decorate it with blueberries and rose petals.
